FAQs
Do you keep a cancellation list?
Not at the moment, cancellations are most often pretty short notice, it’s easier for me to post the available cancellation on my Instagram story to see who is free and able to fill the spot. An easy way to keep track of this is to turn on notifications so you can see availabilities when they are posted.
When will I be able to see my design?
Every artist works differently, to stay on top of a busy work load and to keep designs fresh in my mind I do all my designing the night before an appointment with finishing touches in the morning. There will be time on the day of your appointment to make some changes (within reason) if there’s anything about the design you’d like different.
Can I make changes to the design after I’ve booked?
If you find another inspiration/reference or a slight change of concept for your tattoo after you’ve booked, feel free to send them to me, as I don’t draw designs until the night before changes can be made. If you’d like to add something else, feel free to ask, as it depends on what my day is looking like and if I can fit it in.
How do I prep for my appointment?
As your skin is the canvas, it’s a good idea to take special care of it in the weeks leading up to your appointment. Exfoliating and moisturising can help prime the skin. Make sure to do the basics like have a good nights sleep, shower and eat a hearty meal beforehand, drink lots of water and don’t show up hungover or sunburnt. Make sure to wear clothing that will allow me access to the area we will be working on, please wear clothes that you won’t mind the risk of ink getting on it.
What do I bring on the day?
Water, snacks, headphones, comfy clothes, really whatever is going to make you comfortable during the tattoo.
